Return & Exchanges 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any item sent to our location with stains (makeup ,deodorant, etc) or damage will no be accepted for a return, exchange or store credit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, all of the following items are FINAL SALE: Bodysuits, Swimsuits, Earrings, Makeup and Lashes.

ALL ORDERS WITH 40% OFF AND UP ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE, NON RETURNABLE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT.

Exchanges
To exchange you order contact us and return your order back to us. Once your package is received we will contact you to let you know all the details for your exchange. If any of your items are no longer available when your package get back to us we will contact you. All exchanges are shipped back to our costumers with free standard shipping (usps). All exchanges are final sale. Eligible items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for an exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we are only able to offer store credit or to shop now fo a exchange or a final sale item. store credit never expires. Eligible items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for a store credit.
